Artists For Haiti Fundraiser: Silent & Live Auction

Hello Artists, Art Lovers, and All..
Toledo is full of artists working in a variety of media. We have encouraged them to take part in an exciting fundraising opportunity to take place on Saturday, May 8th (rain date May 22). The event will be held at The Oliver House & Mutz in Toledo, Ohio.
Doors will open at 5:00 P.M. and the event will feature silent auction items, live artwork and a live auction of artwork created specifically for the event. There will also be live music, spoken word acts from around the Toledo area providing entertainment. Food and beverages will be available on site.
The proceeds of the even twill be shared between the L’Hopitale Commuaute Haitienne, in Port-Au-Prince, and the participating artists.
So, come, join us for a fun-filled evening celebrating Art, Music, Food and Relief for those still in need.
While the actual memory of the devastating earthquake in Haiti is fading from the news. The needs of the Haitian people should not fade from our minds or hearts.
Many people have had the chance to actually go to Haiti and help ‘on the ground’. Those of us who couldn’t do this are still committed to doing what we can.
