Bay Park Community Hospital Hosts Diabetes Education Course

Bay Park Community Hospital will offer a diabetes education course in the Great Lakes Conference Center located on the Garden Level Tues., June 29, from 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. This is an opportunity for persons with diabetes to ask questions, learn about diabetes or access support. Physician referral and pre-registration are required to attend. In addition, the course requires an insurance-billable fee.
