Lourdes College hosts graduate school open houses

Those interested in learning more about Lourdes graduate programs are encouraged to attend informational open houses this fall. Each open house will be held at the Franciscan Theatre & Conference Center from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with a formal presentation beginning at 6 p.m.

Tuesday, September 21: Master of Arts in Theology ?The Master of Arts in Theology program is rooted in Catholic and Franciscan tradition while providing a solid theological grounding for individuals coming from a variety of Christian traditions. The degree meets the demand for theological preparation especially for those individuals active in religious education, lay ministry and youth ministry.

?Wednesday, September 22: Master of Organizational Leadership ?The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program enhances students’ critical thinking, higher order reasoning and ethical virtue as leaders. The program is open to current and prospective leaders at all levels within any organization. ??Tuesday, September 28: Master of Science in Nursing?The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program builds upon a baccalaureate education to prepare graduates for advanced roles in nursing education and leadership. Emphasis is placed on nursing theory, research and practice to facilitate personal and professional development. The MSN program is divided into two specializations: nurse educator and nurse leader.

?Wednesday, September 29: Master of Education ?The Master of Education (MEd) program provides learning opportunities that address the professional development needs of today’s educator. The program leads to the advancement of knowledge and instructional skills that provide the foundation for quality classroom instruction. The MEd offers two specializations: P-12 Reading and Teaching & Curriculum.
