Human Trafficking in the Midwest

A national and international expert, Dr. Celia Williamson, will focus on identifying child trafficking victims, their experiences, and what you can do to address this form of human trafficking in the Midwest. Dr. Williamson founded the Second Chance program in Lucas County and was an active force in securing an FBI Innocence Lost Task Force in Lucas County.
