Fancy Nancy Tea Party at the Main Library
Ooh-la-la!!! The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library cordially invites you to join us for a posh (that’s a fancy way to say fancy) Fancy Nancy Tea Party scheduled at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 18 in the Children’s Library located on the second floor of Main Library, 325 Michigan St., in downtown Toledo.
Wear your fancy clothes, if you wish, hear Fancy Nancy stories, play fancy games and enjoy fancy snacks and activities.
Fancy Nancy Tea Parties is a book written by Jane O’Connor and illustrated by Robin Preiss Glasser that reads as a manual for a girls tea party.
The book contains ideas for desserts and decorations for older girls that may be considering having a tea party. Beautifully illustrated with easy recipes and ideas for children to do with an adult to prepare for a tea party. Check out the book at a Library location near you!
