Polka Floyd Featured in Lourdes' Cabaret Series
Lourdes is bringing back its popular Cabaret Series, hosted by the Franciscan Theatre and Conference Center. Beginning this fall, community members have the opportunity to enjoy cabarets by the following revered musical acts:
Saturday, February 19: Polka Floyd?
The accordion gets an edgy new sound through the music of Polka Floyd. Formed in 2006 by a group of musicians hailing from Detroit and Toledo, Polka Floyd has quickly become a fan favorite, gaining acclaim throughout the region. Today, the band is busy bringing their unique accordion style renditions of Pink Floyd’s classic rock’n’roll music to venues and festivals throughout the eastern and Midwest United States. http://polkafloyd.com/
