Salvation Army Taking Applications for Christmas Assistance

The Salvation Army of Northwest Ohio will begin taking Christmas Applications for our Christmas Assistance Program.

We will be taking applications:
When: October 18- November 4, 2010 Monday thru Thursday (Closed on Fridays)
Time: 9:00a.m. -3:00 p.m.
Place: The Salvation Army
620 N. Erie St. (across from The Lucas County Health Department)
Tol, OH. 43624

Documents needed to complete an application:
Picture ID
Social Security card for everyone person in the home
Birth Certificates for children under 12 years of age
Proof of income
Proof of address

Volunteer's Needed:
We are also in need of volunteers to assist us with the Christmas Program.
Anyone interested in volunteering their time or donating lunch for the volunteers are asked to contact Beth Schwandt at (419) 241-1138.
