About Lady C: Lady C is a locally owned ladies clothing store located in downtown Sylvania in the Chandler Building. Lady C carries ladies clothing, Vera Bradley and Pandora. Gift certificates and complimentary gift wrapping are available. Hours are Mon-Fri 10-6, Thurs 'til 7, Sat 10-5 and Sunday 12-4 (thru the holidays).
