TSA Faculty Art Exhibition Opens in Gallerie 333
Gallerie 333 is pleased to announce the February opening of works from the faculty and staff of Toledo School for the Arts (TSA). This exhibit will highlight the extraordinary talent of the TSA staff and feature paintings, photography, drawings and three-dimensional works of art.
The opening reception is Friday, February 4th at 9:00 a.m. during TSA’s First Friday event and the exhibition runs from February 4 to February 28, 2011.
Gallery 333 opened in June of 2010 and was made possible by an anonymous and generous donor to TSA. “The gallery is a unique space for the students and our guests to be able to exhibit their work in a professional manner.” states Gallerie 333’s manager and AmeriCorps member, Leslie Ann Taylor, “The gallery affords a place for our students to learn about hanging a show and have a true gallery experience as part of their educational process at TSA.”
The Gallerie 333 exhibition in March will be the Midwinter Student Exhibit and April will feature works from well-known local glass artists Tom McLaughlin and Phil Hazard.
Gallerie 333 is available to visit Monday through Friday by appointment (419-246-8732 x 291). The gallery also participates in the Art Commission’s Art Walks and Art Loops from April through October.
