We offer community-wide free nutrition classes, personalized health and wellness and weight management coaching, lots of encouragement, and of course our fun weight loss challenges for healthy competition and accountability! Wellness starts with reaching your optimum weight through healthy eating habits and exercise. YOU will have the potential to lose more weight than you ever imagined.
The cost will be $35 for the 13 weeks. $30 going towards the cash payout and $5 going towards materials. Specific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent. Winners will be announced at the final payout. Motivation!
Penalties to keep you focused and on track:
· If you fail to weigh in weekly - Pay a $5 fee.
· Pay a $1 fee per every pound gained.

Registration fees to join the challenge are awarded in cash and prizes back to the top 3 winners of the challenge. We support ALL weight loss programs. Our major goal is long term wellness. To help people LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF no matter what program they choose to be on as long as they are healthy and safe!
