If you are already in business or thinking about becoming an entrepreneur, the Microenterprise Legal Assistance Project of Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. (ABLE) is available to help with business legal services at no cost to eligible participants. Small business owners and microentrepreneurs are eligible for free legal assistance if the business is located in northwest Ohio and the business meets eligibility guidelines, including income eligibility.

A variety of legal issues are addressed as part of the project and services are provided by an ABLE attorney or by private attorneys who volunteer their personal time and expertise. Sign up for a free, 30-minute appointment with an attorney beginning at 6 p.m., on Wednesday, February 16.

The clinic will be held at the Mercy Health Partners Building (2200 Jefferson Avenue, Toledo), on the first floor. All parking lots and parking deck are available for parking, unless otherwise marked. To register for the legal clinic, contact Anneliese Gryta [email protected] or 419-930-2380 and click here to submit a registration form.
