The Circus is Coming to Town!
The Ponderous Pachyderms are on their way! Direct from Las Vegas, Nevada, the 60th Annual Zenobia Shrine Circus will be in Toledo along with their performing elephants for eight great performances at the SeaGate Centre, Thursday, March 24 - Sunday, March 27. Shows will be at 2pm and 6:30pm each day.
Circus Ringmaster George Hanneford III will introduce family entertainment from venues throughout the world! The Espania Troupe features high energy, high flying flipping and turning on the Russian Swing. A breathtaking display of unbridled felines, a big cage full of big cats, is presented by premiere American Trainer CARLOS! The Cyclones appear with their death defying feats on the motorcycle platform. The Flying Preciado Family will dazzle you from their flying trapeze and the Aerial Ballet displays beauty, grace and daring high in the air.
Other acts that are currently scheduled to appear include Martine and Edgar on the heart stopping Wheel of Destiny, The Orlando Troupe of six incredible Teeterboard artists, King Gustave and his performing goats, The Ghost Riders on the awesome motorcycle incline, and of course the unpredictable funsters - the circus clowns!
Ticket prices start at $10 and are available through Ticketmaster, at the SeaGate Center, by phone at 800-Go-Circus and at the Zenobia Shrine office, 8048 Broadstone Blvd in Perrysburg.
