Open Mic Mondays at The Library
(Released March 9, 2011) – Poets are invited to read their original works at Open Mic Mondays from 7-8 p.m. (doors open at 6:45 p.m.) at Heatherdowns Branch Library, 3265 Glanzman Rd.
Our next Open Mic events are scheduled:
· Monday, March 21
· Monday, April 18
· Monday, May 16
All styles of poetry and spoken word pieces are encouraged. Poets who wish to read will sign in upon arriving and every effort will be made to include all who wish to share their poetry.
Pre-registration is advised, but not required to ensure a turn at the mic. To pre-register call 419.259.5307.
Coffee and light refreshments will be available. Donations are welcome and will benefit the Heatherdowns Friends of the Library.
