Library and BetterInvesting: Beating Average Stock Returns
(Released April 1, 2011) - A free program titled Beating Average Stock Returns, for people interested in investing in stocks, is scheduled in the McMaster Center of the Main Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, 325 Michigan St., downtown Toledo. Officials from the Library’s Business Technology Department and a volunteer from BetterInvesting will present this program scheduled from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 16.
Library Business Technology staff will discuss the many different investment resources that are available in print and also online on the Library’s Web site – toledolibrary.org. BetterInvesting will introduce the stock selection criteria that have been proven successful over the last 60 years by thousands of investment clubs and their members. This is an introductory presentation for people who are interested in learning about investing in stocks.
Free parking is available - in Main’s Underground Parking Garage - for all program participants.
