Get the Lead Out 5K Run/Walk
The event will be held June 12, 2011!
This is a race and walk to promote healty living and to raise awareness about the dangers of Lead in our environment. This is both a 5K and 1K kids run in Toledo's Ottawa Park on paved trails. The event will begin at the shelter house by the police station on Kenwood Blvd. The 1K kids race starts at 8:30 AM and the 5K run and walk at 9:00 AM. All pre-registerd participants will receive a short sleeve tech shirt and a water bottle. A limited number of tech shirts will be available on the day of the event. The top three winners of each of the age groups will receive a prize! Snacks and refreshments will be available after the race.
