Gourd Artist Partcipates in MTV Movie Award Celeb Swag Bags
Los Angeles, CA June 3-4, 2011 - Tracy Swartz, a Walbridge, Ohio artist, has joined the IndiExhibit to contribute her unique brand of artwork to the MTV Movie Awards celebrity swag bags. She will also have on display her whimsical piece titled, Horace the Flying Pig.
Tracy Swartz is a self-taught artist who discovered the joy of working with dried gourds in 2005. Since that fateful moment, she has been creating and experimenting with various mediums to hone her creative talent. Her artwork focuses on the nonsensical, whimsical and magical. Tracy Swartz believes it's important to remember the lighter side of life and that magic abounds if one is open to looking for it. Her artwork is displayed and for sale at InProcess located in the Woodville Mall, Northwood, Ohio.
She is proud to be a part of the IndiExhibit whose mission is to assist artists of various mediums in getting their work recognized. The IndiExhibit accomplishes this by representing artists at celebrity gift lounges and providing the artist's products and business cards at the event. Most event packages include an option where an artist can display their work with a chance for a picture of their artwork with a celebrity.
