Summer of the Cat Continues
Who says these are the “Dog Days of Summer”? No one knows how to sit back, relax and enjoy the lazy days of summer better than a cat! So here at the Toledo Area Humane Society, we’re continuing the celebration of our “Summer of the Cat” promotion. In honor of this special summer promotion, we are honoring all of our carefree cats with a special pet promotion, just for them.
This special promotion is supported by a donation from a generous donor to help find permanent homes for a larger number of cats in our shelter. This grant will allow adult cats that are adopted during the "Summer of the Cat" to receive $25.00 off their normal adoption fee.
We currently have over 40 adult cats at the shelter awaiting their forever homes. Of those, we have several cats that are part of our Lonely Hearts Club. Lonely Hearts Club members are those animals that have been at the shelter for more than 60 days and now have a reduced adoption fee to help them finder their forever home sooner.
Regular Adult Cat Adoption Fees Now = $75.00
Lonely Hearts Club Adoption Fees Now = $25.00
