The webinar will feature Lisa Grimm, digital brand manager for the Mall of America, and Albert Maruggi, founder and president of Provident Partners.

Grimm helps the mall to bridge the gap between traditional and digital media by developing social-media strategy, serving as the community manager and devolving integrated marketing communications programs.

Maruggi is host and producer of the Marketing Edge podcast and a senior fellow at the Society of New Communications Research. With a 25-year career in broadcast journalism, national politics, corporate marketing and venture capital, Maruggi is a well-rounded and knowledgeable resource on new media and consumer engagement.
