Mark Kroos - Live!
Double-neck guitar artist performing in the Attic Theatre
Mark Kroos, player of both single and double neck guitars, will be demonstrating his high-energy guitar work at the Attic Theatre in the Toledo School for the Arts on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.
Kroos is known for his live, entertaining performances playing two necks at once. A ‘musician’s musician” his performances include Celtic, indi, folk and punk influences.
This solo guitarist is highly regarded in the music world for his incredible tapping technique, playing both guitar necks at the same time.
His solo album, And Grace Will Lead Me Home was released in January, 2010 and Kroos was the winner of Guitar Player Magazine’s 2011 International Guitar Superstar Competition.
This visit will be a homecoming of sorts for Kroos, who was originally from Lansing, Michigan, attended Bowling Green State University’s School of Music and performed around the Bowling Green/Toledo area.
