Celebrate Autumn at the Zoo’s Fall Fur All!
Toledo, Ohio—Don’t miss Fall Fur All on Saturday, October 15. With pumpkin painting, games, entertainment and more, it’s yet another reason why autumn is awesome at the Toledo Zoo!
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., you’ll be able to paint a pumpkin that will be displayed throughout the Zoo’s signature Halloween events, Pumpkin Path (October 22 - 23) and Little Boo (October 20 - 21)! The pumpkins will then be given to some of your favorite Zoo animals as special Halloween enrichment during Jumping Pumpkins (October 29 - 30). For more information about these events, visit toledozoo.org/halloween.
Throughout the day, Fall Fur All will showcase great live entertainment, including an 11 a.m. performance by Suzuki students from the Toledo Symphony School of Music, and country singers Brynn & Emma at 12:30 p.m. To lighten the mood, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey clowns will be doing what they do best – clowning around -- from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., while magician Eli Portala will stroll the grounds from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Wonder-fall games, a zoo-themed bounce house and festive crafts continue the activities. You’ll find fabulous fall fun in Nature’s Neighborhood, too, as you navigate a mini hay maze, see an animal show and watch a spider feeding demonstration!
