Local Coach Launches Football Style Group Coaching for Execs
Toledo, Ohio (November 21, 2011) – Coach Leah Beck with LaunchPoint Coaching, a leading provider of accountability support and tools for college students, executives and professionals in transition, announced the release of a new group coaching opportunity for executives who want to complete their goals using the spirit of the game of football.
“Many executives are working lots of hours and struggling to fulfill the many roles they must play to build or expand their business and live their life purpose,” says Coach Leah. “Getting clear on how to best use time and resources, while building a team of effective players, whether they are in house or outsource players, can significantly change the game and give executives a chance to score their goals.”
LaunchPoint is currently forming Executive Touchdown Coaching Groups (of 4 players each) who will meet once a week for 90 minutes (either virtually or in-person based on locality). Players in each group will identify three core objectives, build their offense (positions, players, plays), get clear on how to block the defense, and execute plays as part of the goal setting experience.
