Toledo Area Humane Society Offers New Kids Program
The Toledo Area Humane Society Education Department offers a variety of single and multi-day programs designed to appeal to different age groups and interests. To accommodate the busy schedules of students, TAHS offers educational opportunities after school and on Saturdays. We still have space for our up-coming Christmas for the Critters class on Saturday, December 10:
Christmas for the Critters
For children ages 6-11 Cost: $20.00
Saturday, December 10, 2011 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Come on over to the Toledo Area Humane Society and spend the season of giving as one of Santa's little helpers. Bring out your inner elf by building dog toys, cat toys, and critter creations for your pets or the homeless animals in the shelter. Take a tour of the Toledo Area Humane Society workshop, play a holiday animal themed game, and let George the cat figure out who's been naughty and who’s been nice as you visit with one of his furry friends.

The Toledo Area Humane Society is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10am – 6pm. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization they are committed to the welfare of animals by providing temporary shelter and care while seeking permanent homes.
