Share Your Story With The Library Facebook Contest
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library wants you to SHARE YOUR STORY! We’ve heard how our system has helped you find a new job after being laid off. You have also taken us on sentimental journeys sharing your childhood memories of the library, and now many of you are taking your own children to our storytimes and other programs. Now, it’s time to SHARE YOUR STORY with everyone.

The Library has just launched its SHARE YOUR STORY Facebook Contest on its official Facebook page. To enter this contest, all you have to do is post your own positive story of how the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library has impacted your life. We strongly believe that our system is indispensable to the community, with its free offerings, job assistance, family programming and so much more. The public library has become so interwoven with our lives and that of our children and grandchildren. This is why your real stories matter to us!
Here’s how the contest works:
Once you visit our official page on Facebook.com; briefly share your story by posting it on our Facebook wall. All posted stories will be entered in a drawing to win one of three gift cards from Toys R’ Us, Barnes and Noble Booksellers, or Mud Hens/Walleye. There will only be three winners for our contest. Winners will be notified by a Library Marketing department representative via their private inbox message on Facebook. Remember to keep your posts brief, and each person that shares their story will be entered into a drawing for the gift cards.
