9th annual YELL & TELL: STOP CHILD ABUSE NOW rally

The 9th annual YELL & TELL: STOP CHILD ABUSE NOW rally will be held on April 22, 2012 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Walbridge Park Shelter House on Broadway Avenue across from the Toledo Zoo. The rally is free and open to the public. The University of Toledo's head football coach Matt Campbell will be our keynote speaker. In addition, a dozen local child protection/child abuse prevention agencies will have exhibit tables that will help parents/caregivers and the public, and especially children the tools they need to prevent/detect/report child maltreatment. There will be refreshments, children's fingerprinting by the Sheriff's Office and The Toledo Distinguished Clown Corp will be there to interact with the children and make all manner of fun figures out of balloons for the children.
