This is a hands on workshop and attendees are encouraged to come ready to play in their hair to learn its texture, temper and techniques for creating fashionable styles.
This workshop will be held on March 3, 2012 at The Kent Branch Library located at 3101 Collingwood Blvd. Toledo, OH 43610 from 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM.
