Toledo Fire & Rescue Hosts Smoke Dectector Giveaway
The Toledo Fire and Rescue Department in conjunction with the American Red Cross and WUPW FOX Toledo will host a smoke detector giveaway from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Fire Department Headquarters, 545 N. Huron in downtown Toledo .
The department would also like to remind residents that Daylight Savings Time will begin on Saturday, March 11. Please take the time this weekend to test and change batteries in home smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
