WEEKLY EXERCISE CLASSES
Yoga: on Monday from 6PM to 7:15PM. Classes are $10.00 each.
Beginner Belly Dancing on Wednesday from 6PM to 7PM. Classes are 35$ per month.
Zumba Gold on Thursday from 6PM to 7PM. Classes are $8.00 per sessions (4 week sign up) or $10 for drop-in.
Zumba on Tuesday from 6PM to 7PM and Thursday morning at 10:30AM. Classes are $6.00 each.
Hula Hoop Fitness on Wednesday at 6PM and Saturdays at 11AM. Classes are $10.00 each.
THIS WEEK'S BIG EVENT!
TUNING IN with John Turski
Dates: May 18 & 19
Time: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
John Turski is one of the youngest trance mediums in the nation has been capturing people’s awareness and answering some of life’s biggest questions.
During these two live performances, John will deliver messages from spirit and loved ones from the “other side” coming through for audience members. He will also give an empowering message from spirit offering clarity as we shift into a new paradigm.
Tickets are $20.00 and must be reserved in advance as seating is limited!
