Natural Feeding and Enrichment Demos
Times vary
See your favorite Zoo animals chow down, all summer long! Experience animal-feeding demonstrations and enrichment throughout the Zoo; visit toledozoo.org/feedings for a complete schedule.

Fri. June 1
Vineyard Adventure
7 – 9 p.m.
Age 21 & up. Enjoy a delectable mix of wine-tasting, hors d’oeuvres, live music and socializing along our dynamic new Tembo Trail. Advance tickets required.

Sat. June 2
Lucas turns 1!
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Come celebrate the first birthday of Lucas the elephant calf! Watch him get presents at 10:30 a.m. and eat—or destroy—cake at 1:30 p.m. Free with regular Zoo admission. Meijer is the major sponsor for this event.

Fri. June 15
ZOOtoDO
6 p.m. – midnight
This chic “tuxedoes and tennis shoes” affair mixes outstanding food (served by 50+ regional restaurants and catering services) with fantastic live entertainment throughout an after-hours Zoo. Separate fee; advance tickets required. ZOOtoDO title sponsor is Corner Dental; PNC is the presenting sponsor. Note: on June 15, the historic side of Zoo closes at 2:30 p.m. to prepare for ZOOtoDO.

Sun. June 17
Father’s Day at the Zoo
10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Dads, get free admission when you visit with your child(ren). Games and activities are free with regular Zoo admission, plus an opportunity to enjoy a special BBQ lunch (separate fee).

Summer Safari Camps
Times vary
This summer, don’t just go to camp; go on safari. The Zoo offers wild opportunities for campers ages 4 through 14. Separate fee.

Watch It Grow Garden Tour
10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Learn how to make your shady areas come alive with color. Free with regular Zoo admission, no reservations needed. Meet at the Conservatory.

Wed. June 20
Moonlight Meanderings
7 – 9 p.m.
Families (children 5 & up) meander in the quiet moonlight beauty of an after-hours Zoo, accompanied by an Education tour guide. Separate fee.

Wed. June 27
Sarah McLachlan Concert
7:30 p.m.
Multi-platinum, Grammy-Award winning singer/songwriter Sarah McLachlan brings a symphony orchestra to her performance. Order tickets in person at the Zoo, at Ticketmaster locations or by phone at 800.745.3000.

This summer, the Toledo Zoo is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The Zoo is located on the Anthony Wayne Trail (US 25), four miles south of downtown Toledo. Valid ID showing proof of residency is required.
