What: MDA Summer Kick-off Fundraiser Presented by Buckeye CableSystem
Why: To Benefit Lucas County Families of MD
The purpose of the event is twofold: First, to raise awareness in Lucas County about muscular dystrophy and all that MDA has accomplished in funding research, putting on summer camps for children suffering from this disease, etc. Second, to increase MDA's fundraising presence in Northwest Ohio - where they currently receive very limited support - so that this great organization can continue pursuing its mission.
