Local Artist Showcased in RawArtist Provocations Art Show
Cincinnati, OH October 19, 2012 - Tracy Swartz, a Walbridge, Ohio artist was chosen as one of the showcase artists for RawArtist's Provocations Art Show.
Tracy Swartz is a self-taught artist who specializing in creating art dolls made from hard shell gourds. She has been working and creating with dried gourds since 2004. Her dolls embody whimsy and the magical. Tracy believes it's important to remember the lighter side of life and that magic abounds if one is open to looking for it. She is proud to be a part of RawArtists whose mission is to provide independent artists with tools, resources and exposure needed to inspire and cultivate creativity. They welcome all genres of art from independent film makers, fashion designers, musicians, to visual artists, performing artists, hairstylists, and makeup artists.
