Holiday Swamp Shop Opens Monday
TOLEDO, OH- The Swamp Shop is making it easier for you to score a great gift this holiday season. On Monday, December 3, the Holiday Swamp Shop opens the doors to its new downtown location on Monroe Street right beside Pizza Papalis in the old Tarta station.
“There’s always a lot of hustle and bustle this time of year and we wanted to give people another place downtown to get Toledo Mud Hens and Toledo Walleye fanwear,” says Craig Katz, Director of Merchandise and Licensing. “It’s a convenient location for people who like to walk to the many downtown eateries at lunch.”
The Holiday Swamp Shop is open from 11 a.m. till 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, until December 21.
And for the first time, fanwear is now available at The Shops at Fallen Timbers. Drop by Hall of Framers to get Mud Hens and Walleye t-shirts and an array of hats. You can always shop the Swamp Shop online at www.toledowalleye.com.
The Toledo Walleye return home tonight to host the Kalamazoo Wings. On Saturday, December 1, bring a stuffed animal to help shower the ice after the Walleye score their first goal.
