Holiday Activities at The Town Center at Levis Commons

PERRYSBURG, Ohio (November 30, 2012) ­– There is no shortage of winter wonder at Levis Commons this holiday season. In addition to shopping and dining, guests will enjoy a variety of family friendly events. From hundreds of thousands of white twinkling lights lining the boulevard, to Santa greeting young visitors in his house and horse-drawn carriage rides circling the 50-foot tree, the sights and sounds of the season are alive at Levis Commons.

Santa will be available in his house located near the fountain to visit with children throughout the holiday season. (Visitors should bring their own cameras to record the moment):

Saturday, Nov. 23 – Sunday, Dec. 16:
Fridays from 4 to 8 p.m.
Saturdays from 3 to 7 p.m.
Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 17 – Friday, Dec. 23:
Daily from 3 to 7 p.m.

In addition, children can leave their letters for Santa in the mailbox next to his house. Letters with a return address will receive a personal response from Santa, and every week a selection of letters will be published on www.ShopLevisCommons.com.

For a truly magical holiday experience, hop on a horse-drawn carriage ride around Levis Commons. Carriage ride pick-up is located on Chappel Dr. near Schakolad Chocolate Factory. Cost is $5 per person or $10 per family.

Saturdays from 5-8 p.m

Saturday, December 15 marks the 8th Annual Breakfast with Santa event at the Hilton Garden Inn. The crowd favorite event will seat 500 people at an 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. seating. Guests will be treated to a delicious breakfast buffet, mingling with Santa, holiday crafts and Christmas-themed karaoke. Tickets must be purchased in advance online at www.shopleviscommons.com.

Give the gift of life by donating blood at the annual American Cancer Society’s Holiday Blood Drive on Friday, November 21 from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn. Raffles, door prizes and food and beverages will all be available for donors.

Levis Commons will offer extended holiday shopping hours beginning on Nov. 27: Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from Noon until 6 p.m. The center will be closed on Christmas Day and will be open on Christmas Eve from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and New Year’s Day (Jan. 1, 2012) 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Town Center at Levis Commons is a 319,000 square foot open-air lifestyle center offering a collection of national, regional and local specialty merchants. The center contains over 60,000 square feet of Class-A office space featuring views of The Town Center and unparalleled regional access via I-475, I-75 and the surrounding freeways.
