High School exchange organization seeks NWOhio host families
ASSE International Student Exchange Programs (ASSE), in cooperation with your local high school, is seeking local families to host high school boys and girls. Students come with an enthusiasm to practice their English and experience American culture — academics, food, sports and more and are eager to share their own culture with host families. Host families welcome the students into their families, not as a guest, but as a family member, giving both the students and families a rich cultural experience. Students are academically selected for this ASSE program, and host families can choose their students from a wide variety of backgrounds, countries and personal interests. There are many scholarship students available who are intelligent, highly motivated and hard working. They will be a benefit to your family and local school.
ASSE is also looking for students who would like to spend the year as an exchange student and expand their horizons. There are also programs available for a semester, 3-month program or a summer homestay. There are scholarships available for those interested.
