Walleye/Campbell's Team Up to Collect Food For The Needy
The Toledo Walleye and Campbell’s are teaming up to feed those in need. Fans are being asked to bring non-perishable food items to the Saturday, March 16th home game. Anyone who donates will receive a raffle ticket for to win an autographed Toledo Walleye Jersey. Donation bins will be set up at the entrance gates at Huntington Center.
All items collected will be donated locally to the Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank. Currently, the Food Bank serves over 300 non-profit agencies in an eight county area that includes; Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Williams and Wood.
The Toledo Walleye return home on March 16 to host the Wheeling Nailers at 7:05 p.m. Come celebrate St. Patrick’s Day weekend with the Walleye. There’s green ice, green beer, and a live Irish band on Saturday, March 16. On Sunday, the Walleye celebrate St. CatTrick’s Day with a special visit from the Incredible Hulk!
