Way Library's Art Film Series concludes season with "Buck"
On Friday, April 19 at 7:00 p.m., Way Library concludes its ninth season of its Reel Art International and Art Film Series with a free showing of "Buck," an inspiring look at the gentle man who became known as "the horse whisperer." Easily mixing horse training techniques and life lessons, this wonderful documentary follows “Buck” Brannaman as he conducts training clinics employing his unique method of using animal psychology to gain a horse’s trust. The film tells the story of Buck’s own childhood with an abusive father and his decision to choose a different way of life. "Buck" was the Documentary Audience Award winner at the Sundance Film Festival in 2011.
