(Released April 22, 2013) – With today’s hectic lifestyles that make it difficult to take time out for exercise, Tai Chi is finding fans in all age groups, walks of life, and levels of athletic abilities. Tai Chi experts state that the ancient form of Chinese martial arts reduces stress, keeps joints working smoothly, improves flexibility, and cleanses the body of negative energy.
