Tickets are still available for Rock N Roar, presented by KeyBank, the summer’s wildest dance party, at the Toledo Zoo. Two bands plus a DJ add up to one great night for party people, so get ready to get your boogie on — Friday, August 2, from 7 p.m. to midnight.

From the ’70s groove to the sounds of the ‘80s and ‘90s, plus your Top 40 favorites, you’re sure to hear tunes that set your feet in motion with East River Drive and The Nu Tones. In addition, a DJ from Sounds of Music will keep the music spinning on the Africa! Overlook. Your Rock N Roar ticket covers all stages.

Tickets must be purchased in advance by visiting toledozoo.org/roar or by calling 419.385.5721, ext. 2091. You must be 21 or over to attend; your ID will be checked at the door. Tickets are $20 for Zoo members and $25 for non-members. Reserved tables of ten start at $300.

Keep your energy up with Rock N Roar’s cash bars and grill foods available for purchase. This “summeriffic” night is presented by KeyBank, with major support provided by Yark Automotive Group. Media sponsors are The Blade, Cumulus Toledo and Lamar. One-hundred percent of Rock N Roar’s net proceeds support the Zoo’s mission to inspire others to care for animals and conserve the natural world.

This summer, the Zoo is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last admission) and is located on the Anthony Wayne Trail (US 25), four miles south of downtown Toledo. For more information, please visittoledozoo.org or call 419.385.4040. Lucas County residents are admitted free of charge on non-holiday Mondays from 10 a.m. to noon. ID showing proof of residency is required.
