Topical Tuesdays series at Way Library looks at immigration
On Tuesday, September 10th at 7 pm, Way Library, in cooperation with the League of Women Voters of the Perrysburg Area (LWVPA), welcomes Dr. Dale Lanigan of Lourdes University. Dr. Lanigan, Chairperson of the Department of Sociology and Justice Studies will give a lecture entitled “Immigration: History, Legislation, Concerns, and the Future”. In his talk, Dr. Lanigan will discuss the history of immigration policy, the current state of immigration in the United States, and the debate over the immigration bill.
This program is free and open to the public; refreshments will be served.
