1st Animal Masquerade to Benefit Local Wildlife
Nature's Nursery is please to present the first annual Animal Masquerade, a party with a purpose to celebrate and support local wildlife, Thursday November 7, 2013, 6 pm - 10 pm at the Wildwood Metropark Ward Pavilion, 5100 W. Central Ave. in Toledo.
Guests are encouraged to masquerade as their favorite critter and will enjoy grazing, a live and silent auction, cash bar, live music with the Johnny Rodriguez Band, and more fun and games. Nature's Nursery will also have some of their education animal ambassadors on hand so people can get a close up look at some of our region's native wildlife.
Tickets are $30 or four for $100 and can be purchased by calling (419) 877-0060 or online at natures-nursery.org.
Proceeds of the Animal Masquerade will benefit Nature's Nursery Center for Wildlife Rehabilitation and Conservation Education, a non-profit located in Whitehouse OH. Nature's Nursery's mission is to improve the well-being of Northwest Ohio's wildlife populations and habitat through public education and the rehabilitation of injured, ailing or orphaned wildlife with an emphasis on co-existence.
