Toledo Rep opens 81st season Sept. 13
The Toledo Repertoire Theatre opens its 81st season with the satirical, musical revue “Forbidden Broadway’s Greatest Hits,” this weekend on the 10th Street Stage. The show runs two weekends with a total of seven performances beginning Friday, September 13 through Sunday, September 22. Thursday through Saturday shows begin at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. Directed by Debra Ross Calabrese, the cast features the talents of Kimberly Bright, Bridget Harrington, J. Heath Huber, Brock Jaworski, Devin Krueger and Katelyn Lesle spoofing a variety of Broadway characters and performers from acclaimed productions such as “Les Miserables,” “Chicago,” “Wicked,” “Mamma Mia!,” “Rent,” “Spamalot,” “Annie” and so much more.
