Coffee Cupping Event at Way Library on October 6
On Sunday, October 6 at 2:00 p.m., Way Public Library welcomes Richard Jambor, roastmaster of Maddie and Bella Coffee Company, for a presentation on fresh roasted, single origin coffees. Maddie and Bella Coffee Company is based in Perrysburg and is dedicated to small batch roasting of fresh coffee beans.
Coffee cupping is a process in which the taster focuses on the aroma, taste, and feel of the coffee by sniffing and tasting the brewed drink. During the coffee cupping program, you will learn about the subtleties of unique coffees from around the world, sourcing beans, and the roasting process. There will be an opportunity to taste two different, hand-poured coffees as well.
The event is free, but registration is required at the Way Public Library Information Desk. Space is limited, adults only. Refreshments will be served.
