Karen, a survivor of many changing workplaces, describes her presentation: Workplaces change at such rapid rates these days that it is challenging to keep up while maintaining an optimistic outlook. How do you pull yourself together so that you continue to be a contributor? In this session, attendees learn how to stay positive, become more engaged on the job, and help Owens Community College thrive in the future.
