The Hunger Games vs. The Hobbit

Register early for an exciting Toledo-Lucas County Public Library program titled The Hunger Games vs. The Hobbitscheduled from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, November 2 at the Sanger Branch Library, 3030 W. Central Ave. Register online at toledolibrary.org or by calling Sanger at 419.259.5370.

Which fans know their facts? The “Hungry Fans” or the “Hobbinites”? Fight the evil Smaug, test your strength in the Cornucopia Challenge, and see how much you know in the Jeopardy Showdown. Dress up as your favorite character for a chance to win a prize and enjoy a Hobbit 2nd lunch too!

This program is designed for youth in grades 5-12.

Sanger Branch Library officials would like to extend thanks to the generous support from Starbucks and Barry Bagels for this exciting program. Refreshments and treats from both businesses will be available for customers to enjoy!
