Levis Commons Welcomes New Businesses and Tenant Expansions
Ideal Image, Grange Insurance and Material Handling Services Now Open at The Town Center at Levis Commons.
PERRYSBURG, Ohio (November 13, 2013) ¬– The Town Center at Levis Commons is pleased to announce new tenants as well as the expansion of two existing tenants at the shopping center in Perrysburg, Ohio. Despite economic decline over the past several years in Northwest Ohio, Levis Commons has grown steadily and is enthusiastic about the positive things happening as we head into 2014.
Ideal Image, a laser hair removal center, opened October 8, 2013 in a 3,482 square feet space located at 3120 Chappel Dr. across from Schakolad Chocolate Factory. The Town Center at Levis Commons also welcomed two new office tenants during October. Grange Insurance Group now occupies 3,230 square feet of office space located at 3245 Levis Commons Blvd. Grange Insurance partners with independent agents who offer auto, home, life and business insurance protection to policyholders. Material Handling Services, a leading national provider of facilities services and asset management solutions for retail, distribution, manufacturing, health care and hospitality companies is now operating out of a 6,432 square foot space at 3235 Levis Commons Blvd. The Levis Commons location will serve as Material Handling Services’ corporate headquarters and will eventually be home to the entire senior leadership of the company.
In addition to the three new tenants outlined above, The Town Center at Levis Commons would also like to announce the expansion of two current tenants. In November 2013, Second Sole will relocate from its current space to a larger 3,900 square foot location at 4190 Levis Commons Blvd. With a knowledgeable staff of recreational and competitive runners and walkers, Second Sole specializes in fitting customers in the correct shoe to help reach their fitness goals. Second Sole carries a large selection of running, walking, and lifestyle footwear, apparel, and accessories and hosts a weekly group run and numerous races throughout the year.
Office tenant, Bluefin Media, will also be expanding this fall at The Town Center. Bluefin Media uses online advertising, as well as innovative and proprietary technology to identify exactly what diverse audiences want. Bluefin Media creates compelling content based on customer demand, and delivers the message through some of the most highly trafficked websites in the world. In fact, Quantcast rates Bluefin Media as one of the Top 25 Online Publishers in the United States. Bluefin will increase its footprint to 9,273 square feet at 2262 Levis Commons Boulevard.
The Town Center at Levis Commons is a 319,000 square foot open-air lifestyle center offering a collection of national, regional and local specialty merchants. The center contains over 60,000 square feet of Class-A office space featuring views of The Town Center and unparalleled regional access via I-475, I-75 and the surrounding freeways. The developer, Hill Partners, Inc., based in Charlotte, N.C., is responsible for merchandising, retail leasing and management of the center. Reichle Klein is handling the office leasing responsibilities.
