"200 Years of Visitors to Northwest Ohio" at Way Library
On Sunday, January 12th at 2:00 pm, Jack Shaffer, longtime Perrysburg resident and retired Director of the Health Science Library at the former St. Vincent Medical Center will speak on “200 Years of Visitors to Northwest Ohio”. The presentation is meant as an entertaining look at “local” history with the following coming our way: an ancestor, a look inside a Methodist circuit rider’s saddlebag, a coast-to-coast horseback rider, a future WWII correspondent’s predicament in a Toledo restaurant, and an adventurous woman.
Spend a Sunday afternoon with all of the above. This program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
