Masses set for Fallen Firefighters Machcinski and Dickman

The Historic Church of St. Patrick will be celebrating the lives of Toledo firefighters Stephen A. Machcinski and James Dickman on Wednesday, January 29 with Mass at 5:30 pm, and a Mass on Sunday, February 2, 2014 at 10:00 am. Both men died in the line of duty on Sunday, January 26 while fighting a fire in Toledo.

The Church, saved from destruction by the Toledo Fire Department, is located at 130 Avondale, Toledo, Ohio. An altar shrine inside the church is dedicated to St. Florian, the patron saint of firefighters, and to all firefighters everywhere. All are invited to celebrate the lives of the two brave firefighter on Wednesday and Sunday.
