Two screenings of 'Captain Phillips' planned at Way Library
Way Library continues its Show Me the Movie series with two special screenings of the award-winning film “Captain Phillips.” Released in 2013 and based on the true story of the first American cargo ship hijacked in 200 years, Captain Phillips stars Tom Hanks as the captain who was taken hostage by armed Somali pirates.
Showtimes are 2:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1. No reservations are required, and admission and refreshments are free. Adults only, please.
