Toledo Repertoire Theatre accepts Rotary grant
Toledo Rotary Foundation Awards Grant to Toledo Repertoire Theatre
The Toledo Rotary awarded the Toledo Repertoire Theatre $5,000 to upgrade and renovate facilities for its Rep Ed and Young Rep programs. The grant will provide needed classroom and rehearsal space for upcoming classes and youth theatrical productions. Renovations will begin this spring and will be completed by mid-summer 2014. The Toledo Rep has been Toledo’s community theatre since 1933. The Rep Ed and Young Rep programs are vital to the theater’s mission, “to serve our community, especially youth, through live theater.” The Toledo Rotary will present the check to Rep president, Amy Spaulding-Heuring, at their April 7th meeting.
