Lourdes Music Department to celebrate the season
It was a hard, cold winter, but now the sun is shining, the birds are singing, and on Sunday, May 4, singers and instrumentalists will celebrate the joys of spring! Presented by Lourdes University’s Department of Music, the annual spring choral concert will take place in the Franciscan Center at 7 p.m.
The Lourdes University Chorus and Good Company Ensemble directed by Karen T. Biscay and accompanied by Olga Topuzova-Meade, a new Classical Guitar Ensemble directed by Ken Hummer, and a new student a cappella ensemble known as Faithful Fusion will perform a variety of songs for the season, from classical to Broadway and A Cappella pop.
