Lourdes University choirs invites new vocalists to join this year
Open to community singers with rehearsals beginning late August
This fall, the Lourdes University choral program, under the direction of Karen T. Biscay, is celebrating its 31st concert season and is welcoming new members and chorus alumni to join. Rehearsals begin on August 27 at 6 p.m. in the Franciscan Center.
The Lourdes choirs have performed in Ohio, Michigan, Ontario, Canada, England, and Hungary, singing in a wide variety of musical styles and collaborating with many other area choirs and instrumental ensembles. This year’s choral schedule includes performances at Lourdes in October, December, February, and May as well as potential off-campus solo or partner performances with local music groups.
